crap fucking day

a fucking crap day at work. no real reason, i just fealt like shit and every and all dragged like a motherfucker. Juggling outside in the summer sun was truly nice, 50 double rights 15 double lefts. 2-in-one R: 30 NR, L: 15 not NR but getting better. 6 5s from 531 NR. Thats the new next trick that I am doing: 531, it feels wierd and its challenging. Nice brown arms and face from the weekend of summersun. BBQ in the garden last night fucking truly good. Watched Kill Bill vol.1 on DVD. J and T hadn't seen it before so T bought it. Still very violent, very cool. oh BTW the 2nd volume is out in the movies NOW. I need to see this! Yesterday I juggled in the garden, bought BBQ food and juggled some more and read some of my No Logo book which is nice. nice. nice. Spoke to the rents.
The fucking spokes on the front wheel of my bike fucking came out, well 2 did. What the FUck???!!!
