*lost speedo on ride so distance is approx, the ride is 75 and the ride to and from the start totals 7.5 so the min distance is 82.5 miles.
At one point I considered getting the train back, I was that devoid of energy. Fortunately the cafe stop was only a few miles up the road and I refuelled and was much better for the remaining 25 miles. I guess I shouldn't have kaned it up so many hills, that ate my energy when I should have been pedalling steadily with everyone else :-> Live and learn! More miles in the week would help also!
