"its so beautiful today, yeh hay hay hay"

.walking and juggling in one day? amazing!.
first time in for ever I am walking with Rachel, I did go walking Thurs on my own to the lock up river and back in the dark which was good but on my own, we went to Wickham fen and did 2 short walks as Rachel has bloodblisters on both feet after walking into town yest (not been walking for months and how about that 2 bbs the day before you go walking). It was fantastic to go walking altho this distance covered was not that great. In the afternoon we went to Ely and checked the place out, if I am going to do the river walk then this is where it finishes (or the half way point if I am fealing really adventurous, hehehe!). So walking again hopefully next weekend.
I've been back into the juggling over the last 5 days or so, I was very bored with juggling at the beginning of the hot summer after I was fired from my job and didnt touch my balls or clubs till this week. Tonight I went to juggling club, something I've not done in fucking months, and had a great time. Im not into the social aspect of the club, although there is one hottie so I'll have to reafferm my views later, cos most are nerds and blokes but its great to do lots of juggling!
The Man Valverde is only 5 seconds behind Heras in the Vuelta after todays Mountain ITT. Europe retain possession of the Rider Cup (currently 171/2 vs 91/2 of the USA with one match left). The Windies shock the Springbox by beating them to progress to the semis of the Champions Trophy. Pakistan beat arch rivals and neighbours India by 3 wickets to meet the Windies in the semis. Cannot believe that Davids is an Inter player, Veron too. Is this why we didnt win yesterday?

Listening to : Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind OST; DVD released on 3rd of October, b'day present please!
