Heras in Gold Jersey meltdown

Heras wins this years Vuelta by 30 seconds as Perez (the new wonderboy) claims victory in the ITT in Madrid in the final stage of this years Vuelta. Iam sad that it has ended, it is much better that the Tour de France in that it is so
open to many different types all through to the final stage in Madrid, and therefore more exciting to the viewer.
Went walking this morning was okay, did about 7^1/2 miles over undulating ground, I need more miles and this short distance was
surely not enough to satisfy my ravaging hunger for more more more.
