moving out

Dear Readers,

it's two in the morning and I have yet to complete my packing. Tomorrow I will get up, finish my packing and then move out all my belongings to my Parent's house 2 hours to the South-West of Cambridge. Today was quite terbulant. After a shit de-energising day at work (only 2 days left now!) I did a little packing and then I jumped into my running kit, did my stretches and hit the BB Lock route in 33 mins. It was my first running in the week and didn't feel too bad, in fact it fealt really good, to be out there running!
When I had showered I found that Grace was online, in Cambridge and wanted to meet up this evening. So we did. We went to the free music festival on Parker's Piece. Crap music but really great to see Grace. If only I hadn't been eating soo much crap and not running enough... At 10pm in, conjunction with the Cambridge Film Festival, there was an open air showing of the original 1933 King Kong. It was super bloody cold. The day was nice, hot and sunny but the temperature drained from the air as night fell. Bone numbing cold. Grace is well, nicely tanned from a trip to Switzerland and gave me some prickly cucumber that her mother had brought over from Taiwan. Fantastic! I met her cousin who came along to see some of the film.
G'night!

predictions

Before the semis I make more predictions. I still cannot believe the line-up of the semifinals. How the hell did Brazil and Argentina get knocked out. What happened to England?
Germany beat Italy. France beat Portugal. Germany beat France in the final Italy beat Portugal in the 3/4 match. But everything is far from predictable so I imagine that things will look differently in the record books ^-^
